No Peeing In The House!

I just heard a funny and smelly story today about a nice couple who recently sold their home “as is” in Arizona. (BTW..Your lucky if you can sell anything right now in Arizona, a state that experiencing the brunt of the economic housing downtown!)

Anyway, the buyers who did have an inspection and closed on the property earlier this year, are now turning around and suing the sellers for $11,000 dollars for pet odor issues! They did buy the house “as is” so in my “not so humble” opinion, they shouldn’t get a dime, and reimburse the sellers for their legal expenses!
